this drawing is a work in progress that i started a little over 4 months ago that i have been continuously adding to, i titled it oldman for obvious reasons

tools used: sanford design 3800 drawing pencil, a gum eraser and my terrible photoshop skills for touch up

i like it, it's tough for me to break outside of the traditional proportions and stuff and not make it look like garbage. you've done a good job of breaking the rules but still making a believable portrait.

also: he looks like a catfish with those whiskers.

you have nice line work.

the eyes remind me of poe's "telltale heart"
