You can video & audio out to most tvs just fine. I have talked about this numerous times before. You could also probably use something like clonedvd or dvdshrink to make your movies fit on a single dvd.

"over 4 gb" fit on a dvd if you didn't know... 4.7 gb to be exact. I assume you mean over 4.7 gb but you don't say that.
