Well, i recently started up my computer and everything seemed WAY WAY WAY slow, so i let everything load like usual. Then i couldn't get any progam to run, so i opened up Task Manager (ctrl, alt, del) and clicked on processes and wow, WEBPROXY.EXE is using 99% of my cpu... no wonder it is running hella slow. I clicked end task and it says "error, something attatched to the system is not functioning properly" and wow this is pissing me off. Anyone had this same problem? Any help would be amazing! thank you, and i posted this on my bro's computer since mine is like dead and i can't do ANYthing on it lol.
