I recently purchsed the G15 Logitech Keyboard that has the 18 programmable macros keys. I however know nothing of macros...what it is, what it does, how to program the keys to be useful in games. I tried several times to read up on the info but the info i find is useless and non-direct as to what i would use it for... it's more web based shit. The stuff i would like to use it for would be to display my tfc hud info as it's capable of doing and multiple other things. Does anyone have this keybaord? Does anyone know by chance how to use these keys to my advantage? If so please post some examples or links to learn from. It would be greatly appreciated :D Thanks!

I'm fairly confident there's some software that came with the keyboard that would enable you to bind keys.

I believe you are right. The programming of macros can also be done with a bit of C++ I believe.

Install the G15 software, click on the controll panel icon in the task bar, then click on the button you want to install a macro for. It can be one keystroke or many. You can also have it look for installed games and it will list all the commands you can assigne to that key.
The LCD screen is a little more complex to set up. There are a lot of apps for it, google search G15 forums, tons of stuff there. Also, get a copy of LCD Studio (it's free), you can create your own screens with it, very cool.
Btw, It's a very nice keyboard, a little to much bling for me but it feels good and I'm getting hooked on the lcd screen.

Sweet thx guys for the input. Yea unfortunately it doesn't recognize the hl.exe as a game....i tried to bind a few keys but the process is odd and blows some binds out of control.... for example, I would do say bind g "say bla" and it will post ever bind i have team or non-team binds...so i guess i'll just have to figure it out as i go.
