Hello. A few questions so bear with me. :)

A few months back i was searching the net and came up on a site that tells you exactly what type of memory your mother board takes.
I didnt save the site or favorite it and now I lost the link and cant find it. I was hoping someone here would know the address?
basicaly what it is is a site that you input your mother board via pull downs, model, etc. and it tells you exactly what type of memory it takes.

Im also wondering if anyone knows anything about the ABIT AA8XE Socket LGA775 motherboard? (the fatality one)
Basicaly I want to know if I can run a dual processor on it. Or if it could handle that.. -and- .. can anyone shoot out processors that this mobo will accept?

Also the XFX 7900GT.... fastest vid card today?

Basically im looking for a decent setup. I need a video card that wont lag me in game - that is fairly inexpensive - that keeps up with todays technology. If theres a vid card thats just as good as the '06's thats good enough for me.
Same with the processor. I havent messed around with a computer for more than a year so processor speeds and brands have changed a ton. Same thing with the vid card, in a processor im looking for speed - something that wont lag me in game - decent price [i know im going to need $$$ for this] - it doesnt have to be RECENT or the LATEST processor, but if theres a processor made in 200X that is just as good as the '05/06's thats good enough for me.

Thanks for all your help in advance guys.

You really ought to just do a search for a manual for your computer (or motherboard, if you bought it yourself). For CPUs, the socket type has to match. For video cards, it will either support AGP or PCI Express.

or if it is pretty crappy may just have PCI.

are the specs.. im crappy at building computers and very crapy about picking out stuff that works/fits into the system. thats why im posting on here coz i know you guys are quick and know whats going on in terms of latest and cheap stuff that performs like the latest.
i didnt see anything in the manual about dual core so im assuming if it doesnt say anything then it probably doesnt support it... i think? right
and i think i need a pci video card, right... since it says pci express x 16. right?
can i get some suggestions thrown out for the intel cpu and video card?
just something that will run hl2, tfc, bf1942 and those kinds of games. (im not a huge gamers so once i beat something i uninstall it, but im going to be playing tfc, hl2/hl and BF a lot of the time.)
