Ok so a while ago my hd fried so i bought a new one along with a windows xp cd...since i needed that too...everything was fine til one day i woke up and my computer is just restarting by itself..over and over and over..it goes to the screen right before the windows loading screen with the loading bar,and it restarts...it just does that over and over and over...so i tried to pop the windows xp cd in and just start all over..no dice,it goes to the first windows xp setup screen where it gives u those options to start the setup...but it doesnt give me any options,it just sits at the blue screen and says nothing,anybody know what the problem could be? I've heard its my hd but i just bought it..I'd greatly appreciate any help.
