Looking for a good irc bot

Well I havent used a irc bot in years and im somewhat out of the loop as to how to attain one. Couldnt tell you how we did the last one. If anyone would be interested in helping out or sending me in the right direction just pm me on the cats or in #wapish.

Mainly just looking to have it show some rules, that map finder ive seen some bots do, and also a roster.
