Late Late night tfc?

Anyone know where theres a server to play at where theres no bots but actually real people playing? Like 3-6 am pst time range. Seems like everyone is dead in tfc land all thats left is bots.

I've found euro servers to play on before that late. Ping kinda sucks but its better than bots :\
