his rogue/druid sucks, buy my 60 rogue/60pally, rogues on mugthol, 60 pally on crushridge I JUST NEEd like 70bucks!!!LOL!

It's not illegal any way you look at it. It's against the EULA to sell your account w/o the CDs though. EULA's arent the law, but Blizzard can still ban your account. Atleast, that is how I have understood it!
