Condemned: Criminal Origins

I just downloaded the demo and wow, this game is scary as hell. It's like taking parts of SAW, Hostel, F.E.A.R., CSI, and Half-Life 2 and combining them into one dark, and gruesome game. It's very slow paced, but unpredictable at almost every turn. You are able to use objects you pick up from the ground like pipes, boards, shafts, etc. to beat down enemies, you analyze crime scenes and photograph them, and lots more I have yet to startle me.

If you like tension, unpredictability, blood, murders, and cops in a video game, download the Condemned: Criminal Origins demo.

Was looking at xbox 360 games and seen this so I watched a preview and I thought it looked fucking SICK! So I wanted xbox 360 so bad until I figured out it was out for PC too! Definately going to pick this game up. They should have advertised for this game a lot more..I never even heard of it until I was on a gaming site. I can forsee this being better than HL2 or doom3.

I thought "Fear" was scary, but this shit is scarier..

I started playing it today...and I wasn't all happy about how the graphics looked, but the environments just scared the shit outa me.

It freaked me out when the guy comes running down the hallway with a pipe and just fades before you...then a little bit later you'll turn and see some dude run at the end of a hallway and you'll turn to take a look and get bashed in the face with a crowbar....

Played it on the 360, i thought it was a good game. Made me jump a few times

Started it a few days ago, i LOVE the atmosphere. Never been freaked like that since Silenthill 1.

The lack of guns/ammo and the fact that you move so slow is what makes it scary for me :D



I'm at the mannequin factory right now. Needless to say i'm bashing every single of these fuckers since the i saw one move.

Yea this was a great game fun to play. Fear did make me jump more though. This is pretty much just people running at you all the time 0-o. The scene in the department store did make me jump to the point of shooting though :\
