I thought a lot of your photography was good. I liked many of your pictures. However, I did not like the site, aside from the good contrast between the text and the background.

First, the site is bunched up against the left side of the screen. It's very cramped, and has absolutely no margin, making it hard to read. Secondly, it's very, very thin. Why waste so much of the screen to white space? If you're going to go with a fixed width site, make it a decent size width.

Now, on to the header and navigation. I don't want to go as far as to say it's horrible, but it's very bad. I don't think I'd be able to read the text perfectly straight, but having it crooked makes it even harder to understand. I had to read the page <TITLE> to understand what the text read.

The navigation isn't any better. Never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, use Mystery Meat navigation: the navigation that is unknown to the user until he or she mouses over it. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I found it a little funny that the navigation was nearly the size of the entire site! It's bad man, very bad.

The Flash files play at a very low framerate on my computer, too. It's rare for it to happen, and it's usually on more cutting-edge Flash files like those used on the current X-Men 3 site. I think you need to tweak it, or I need to upgrade my computer (well, that's a given, but what is presented on the site shouldn't tax the computer).

Basically, decent portfolio, bad presentation.

ok but anyway heres what you've done to your type because you learned some css code. Tracked the shit out of it and de-leaded the shit out of it making your body type completely illegible. Do away with whatever nonsense you did to it.

Increase the frame rate of your flash file, like anonym said it runs like shit but there is nothing complex going on so I'm guessing you just have it set too low.
