The water torch alone is awesome but the best part is 100 miles on 4 ounces of water. Now that would seriously spank the oil industry into submission. Of course granted it's not apparent how much gas is used on that hybrid and how much it uses on pure water but it's still great.

Here's a better explanation of the fuel use that's not very well presented in the video: http://www.eagle-research.com/browngas/myth/powerv.html. Not anytime soon but still interesting.

at least he got press coverage, now someone 10 years down the road will be "hey, wasn't there that one guy who could run his car with water/gas. wonder where he went"

That is incredible. There was also a special on the National Geographic channel not too long ago that showed a new car that runs entirely on compressed air. It is relatively fast, gets good milage, and has a compressor onboard. http://www.theaircar.com/faq.html

I saw this the other day, and though it gives me a bit of hope, I'm still a bit weary.

The central factory is in Nice (France) where our president and inventor Mr. Guy Négre resides. Everything is done there and production will begin shortly. We in Barcelona are the principal sales office and our job is the commercial expansion of the project around the world. Specifically in Spain, Portugal, Latin America, The United Kingdom and Canada

I guess if you're canadian its all good but in the states we will remain fucked, im guessing.

Yea, practical it is not but it's still quite neat, especially the torch.

What is not explained is that in order to produce the Brown's Gas needed to operate that engine, Yull Brown's 10,000 Liter per hour electrolyzer (very large and heavy machine) took enough power from the grid to dim the lights in the entire neighborhood. hehe.

Nice Find, but we still have the same problem. It's gonna run out eventually. Then the whole planet is screwed. I would like to see a car run on bullshit, as long as we have people that'll never run out. ;D
