I forget what what I have is called, but my right knee is missing some padding or something, so I get this pinching feeling in it if its not extended. All I have to do is workout to fix it, but I just can't bring myself to do that.
Fibatibalulolos syndrom or something

I do about 4-5 exercises a night so I don't get ITB syndrome again; it's well worth it, BL.

I had that myself and it was very hard to get rid of. A foam roller, and 3 months of rehab did the trick.

I have like RLS sometimes (restless leg syndrome), it happens like once a month I can't sleep because of a weird (not painful) feeling in my knees. Weirder part is all I have to do it stand up and lay the opposite way on my bed and I fall asleep.

i have plantae fasciitis which i got from lacrosse, and its extremely painful when i run. rolling bottom of foot on tennis ball and proper stretching does wonders.

Towel stretch twice a day works well too. I had PF before the ITB. Actually got the ITB shit from trying to get back into running too quickly after being diagnosed w/ PF. That and the majority of the richmond marathon I ran on the left side of a crowned pavement road so my left leg was below my right leg. My calves are still super tight day in/day out. I'm just so happy I'm able to run now basically due to the exercises/strengthening shits I'm doing daily. The richmond marathon fucked me up but I'd do it again in a heartbeat - it was truly amazing.

i have that problem too. I have to extend my leg out and allow my knee to pop and the pain subsides. but i cant sit anywhere too long without having to stretch out my legs. usually like 20-30 minutes

The only knee problems I had was something along the lines of 'oshgoodschlaughters' (I wouldn't be surprised if every letter I used to try and spell the word, doesn't actually appear in the real spelling of it). Basically, when I bend both of my knees, there's an extra bump that sticks out below the knee cap. It used to hurt when I run, and they were extremely tender. If anything even slightly hit the bump, it'd hurt really bad, worse than a shot to the nuts.

ive had plenty of friends who have had this, I believe it is a calcium buildup which should be grown out of. I think it initially comes from the bones growing faster than the muscles, seems slightly common
I stopped growing (bone-wise) over 4 years ago, and I still have it :(
