Quake RPG Model for TFC

hey i was just wondering if anyone knows where i could find the quake rpg model (grey one with the 2 horizontal lines) without the reload sequence where it completely dissapears from your screen. that confuses me!
if not could someone maybe modify the model so it doesnt have it? is that possible? thx in advance
