Ok so whats something that will work fast... i need to drop about 20 lbs in 2-3 weeks... What will be able to help me out the best... its not fat weight i just need to lose this weight and was hoping to find something that helps it quicker

kick boxing, wrestling, boxing, karate, football,baseball, basket ball all get ppl in shape and are enjoyable take up a sport, get outside it never hearts to have some good old fashion fun and work up a sweat while doing it

I'm not a lifting or exercising expert but losing that kind of weight in that time frame isn't healthy. Depending on how much extra meat you have on your bones you can lose 10+ lbs in phase 1 of the South Beach Diet if you follow it to a T. Done it myself and I've seen friends do it.

I remember watching a sports documentary on this kind of thing a while ago, and one segment was talking about people who were barely overweight for a weight cutoff (for wrestling/boxing, etc)

So they'd go sit in an overheated room for a while beforehand (like, hours beforehand) and knock off a few pounds right before their event.

Now I'm not sure if this really works, or if it's even safe, but it's an idea.

But yeah, i'd make the "Quit playing tfc all day" joke if your ass actually showed up to shit. >.<

ya well im not like going just for that im just trying to trim down and make myself look thinner... i have done 60 lbs in less then 2 months when i use to be fat so i know what happens when ya cut down quick...

I dont think there is a way unless you do something drastic and its very unhealthy. I dont know of how to lose 30lbs that fast, but you could lose some by drinking water/eating healthier and running daily. Don't expect something normal if u really want to lose that much that fast, its very dangerous.

Hey.. here's the best way to go about it....

Cut salt otu of your diet, its hard because its in everything. But stay away from presevred / canned / packaged foods.. dried meets ect. Dont put salt on ur food, no butter or shit like that.

Diet is HUGE, you have no idea... eatting more fruits, especially berries instead of heavier solid foods will flush yoru system well.

Also, dirnk enourmous amounts of water, if you're nto losing weight, or putting it on form the water.... drunk MORE. This will cause you to piss alot, in turn flushign your system mroe often, giving your body less time to take in all that bad stuff that just sits there waiting to be obsorbed usually.

DONT lift weights. Exercise yes, but dont lift for muscle. When I started at the gym, I lost 11lbs in my first week, down to 190, I'm now 208.. Can't gain either. But what I think influenced the sudden loss was the hard work-outs at first, but be careful if you lift because you will put it on.

For supplements, Ephedrin, I believe its banned in the US, and as of last week I think it was banned in Canada. But you can still get it. Go down to your local supplement store, wait tell its jus you & the employee, and ask him if he has any.

DO NOT take more then 32mg a day. You can die. But, you can die fromtoo much tylenol aswell right? IT was banned because fat ppl abused the hell out of it and had heart attacks. Use it properly with exercise, you'll get the results.

How it works, it speeds up your heart rate, thus increasing metabolism & burnign calories faster.

Also, little known fact, when stoned on marijuana, your body burns like 10%more calories or somehting, I'm nto sure of the exact %age or number... look it up. (assuming you dont eat ur munchies, this could be a benefit aswell)


Over exhaustion & excessive sweating will only result in water weight loss... which is bad :P Its like a false weight loss, cuz it goes back on within days. SO make sure you drink a ton of it, then your body wont become a camel and think it needs to reserve water because it doesn't know when its gonna get it again.

I was alot hungeir and owuld eat more often, perhaps it was the massive amount of working otu I had been doign @ the time while on it... but give that a look. The shit I was taking was illegal, but I think there's some legal stuff out there that does the same.

Short Term Side Effects:
Horny... constantly (nto a boner all the time, just sex is alayways on your mind.... yea I know, I thought w/e I'm a guy, how much more often could I think abotu it... well, ALL THE TIME... and you get cool sensations through your body :)... my GF loved it.)

Long Term:
if taken too long, too often, it will speed up your bodys natural aging... meanign if you are naturally destin to get bald, it may speed that up.. if you dont have facial hair yet, it will speed that up.

Guess what most of the weight will be if you actually lose 20lbs in 2 weeks................water. It's impossible to lose anywhere near 20lbs of fat in that time frame without the use of really dangerous chemicals such as DNP.

On a similar note, Diablo, if you have to cut the weight for any extended period of time you're screwed. If it's short term (say less than one day) then i'd recommend cutting water starting with under 24 hours (preferably even less time) before you need the weight off. If this is a long-term goal you should reevaluate your goals and come up with an objective that is more realistic.

Cutting water also usually involves use of diuretics, something that I don't recommend.

ive lost like 70 pounds since november 22nd. All I did was exercise a shitload, and eat 5 small meals/snacks a day. But I was a big fatass so that could have been why i lost it so quick. you have to keep your metabolism going, otherwise u wont lose shit

Clenbuterol. It's illegal of course, but its not a steroid although it has some similar qualities. Its not a mass/strength gainer, its a cutter. It slightly elevates your body temperature, which makes you burn fat at a faster rate. Always do cardio first thing in the morning. Your body burns protein and glycogen before it burns fat, but if you run on an empty stomach you can minimize it. Also running in the morning and having an idea of how many calories you burned can you help set a meal plan for the day, where as running at night you may have to run extra because you ate some extra calories. Don't ask me where to get Clen either ;).

Some are, some aren't. Nothing you get will be as powerful as a traditional anabolic steroid or even a prohormone, obviously. But when you hit a plateau, even little boosts are valuable.

I work at GNC, have gotten a lot of positive feedback on Hydroxycut. Hydroxycut Hardcore came out recently, that's what I have to suggest. Of course it has to be combined with proper diet and exercise. Cut back on fatty foods. Your body needs carbs, so that's a crock of shit. That said, don't overload on breads and pastas. As if it weren't obvious, eat more greens, watch calorie intake. If you're just wanting to burn fat, it's simple to watch calories and burn more than you take in. Combined with Hydroxycut Hardcore, you should be able to get where you want to be.

After being anywhere from 7-3% body fat from 8th-12th grades and wrestling 130 my senior year I had somehow BALLOONED up to 210lbs after a year and a half... it was horrible and it made me sick. I still had most of my muscle because I still lifted, but I didn't do anything besides that because I had convinced myself "I'm not wrestling anymore, I can do what the fuck ever I want" Well needless to say, I was wrong.

Today, about 3-4 months later after my my initial 20lb loss after new years to 190, I am down to 164lbs again and my 4 pack is coming back in along with much more mass than I ever saw in highschool. Prior to my cut to 130lbs in highschool I was weighing 163 naturally, so I feel once I hit about 160 and work on getting the body fat percentage to around where it used to be and adding a bit more mass I will be happy.

Once again I repeat, there is no quick and easy way, it's all about buckling down and wanting to do it, that is if you want to keep the weight off.

Do an ECA stack. Thats Ephedra/caffeine/aspirin. Its basicall what the old xenadrine and hydroxycut used to be (before theystarted sucking.) Take 25mg/200mg/10mg each dose - 2 or 3 a day. Its by far the best thing to take for weight loss,its also extremley cheap.
