Never heard of it, I bet you got it when you downloaded something, or even from a website.

Do we sell your data?

We reserve the right to sell or lease the data to telecommunication companies. We simply provide database access to the information that is already available on the results pages.

Well good thing that I deleted it then.

There was a couple of programs that I downloaded, so I guess it could have been enbedded into one of those.

/me makes a mental note not to download anything from the weather network again.

ah the weather network. My instructor downloaded some stuff from them, and it hijacked his browser and then spread to all of the other 40 computers in the room. We had fun cleaning it all up.. ffs

WeatherEye is The Weather Networks FREE desktop weather application providing live, current conditions for most cities around the world right on your PC desktop!

Now WeatherEye is even better with new features such as weather alerts, weather tracking for up to three different cities and short and long-term forecast information on most major cities around the world right from your desktop.

With over 5000 cities available in Canada, the United States and Internationally, you can always stay up to date with weather conditions at home and around the world!

It’s FREE, it’s easy, and WeatherEye contains no Spyware whatsoever.

Guess that should have been a warning that there was something else added instead of spyware.
