My computer started doing this weird thing a few weeks ago where the screen would just go black randomly and come up with the power saving thing. I thought it was just something with windows because it was fine in safemode so I attempted to format and reinstall windows. To my suprise it did it in the middle of the windows installer. I replaced the power supply and it has been fine ever since.
I guess this is what happens when you hook up 7 harddrives at once. It was a True 550 watt and I cooked it in under a year. I almost feel like I accomplished something, don't ask why.
Anyway, the point of this post is to ask if anyone here has dealt with a Antec RMA. Their site confuses the hell out of me. It's probably just my simple mind but whatever. If anyone has done one of these before I would appreciate you letting me know exactly what steps you took to get it replaced.
