Radeon 9800 pro isnt working correctly and hes determined to get a new card. His price range - he wants 200'ish and wants the same if not better quality than what he had with the 9800 pro. Thanks.

If he is a ATI freak, I would tell him to get the x800GTO or x850. If he is willing to go to a decent brand, Tell him to get the 6600GT or the 6800. If he is willing to spend a little more then 200, tell him to look at the 7800GS.

*i said all of that assuming he is still under AGP

Scroll about half way down the page, brand new X850pro AGP $139.00 A great buy, and it will blow the socks off his old 9800.

Edit: It looks like it's the VIVO model, some of those can be flashed with an XT bios to open 4 more pipes.
