Computer Problem

Pentium 4 Processor
Onboard Video / Sound / Etc

We're plugging my hard drive from my other computer (worked fine before) and using the XP disc to boot, and it won't.

It won't boot in safe mode, normal mode, whatever. It runs it's little check list in safe mode, then flashes through the memory check screen and hardware, then goes back to asking us how we'd like to boot.

perhaps you have the hard drive setup to work as a master/slave and it's connected incorrectly?

Does the bios even list the hard drive? If not, you might have to flash your bios.
