Is there any painless way to do this successfully? I have a 15 gig with my windows, drivers and things; and a 60 gig for everything else.

What I am thinking of doing is tossing out the 15 gigs and just use the bigger one, but that involves having to reformat the 60 gig to install windows...? is this true or is there any other way I can do this easily :)

^^ yea... I'd love to have a small HD for Windows. Oh well I think the easiest way to do it would be to just backup all your shit and drop the 15. Then boot w/ the windows CCD and see if you dont have to format the drive... (i dun remember) and then instal windows... I dont think you should get rid of the 15gig tho imo... Oh well do as you will =\.

Well, I was thinking it might just be easier to use one... but from what you guys were saying... maybe I will keep the 2 hds.

Is there any tweaks that would better utilize windows being on one drive by itself?

Having multiple partitions in and of itself is a pretty good thing to have (look at linux). Only to a certain extent with windows though. Having windows on a seperate drive allows for less clutter... Pretty much the only way I see it... You could always use RAID if your board has it... =X

just about to suggest a RAID config, but isnt that normally better when u have 2 of the same HD? But I would keep ur windows on the 15 gig, gives u more space, and less clutter as rufio said.

What is RAID? I was wondering, since windows is on 15 gigs by itself should I or could I increase the pagefile greatly?
