Need Help with AVI

ok so ive been trying to make this avi, and i cant get the quality any better and im using xvid with all the stated settings... im using Windows Movie editor maybe thats the problem but anyway, this is the best ive been able to get it,

any suggestions on what i need to do to get better quality?

Quality looks okay but its a bit skippy if thats what you mean. maybe use more frames ?

like how much ive been using 30 fps

and more or less just trying to get better quality. i know it looks ok but i want good if thats possible.

okay one, thats not an avi file, and windows movie maker doesnt compress avi files or let you convert to either, get vegas or something,just go dl the trial at like www.download.com

or you can export it in a raw uncompressed avi, then use virtual dub (free!) to compress it with xvid.

actually telos my first avi was made with wmm and I tried using vdub to recompress, however it gives you some copywright message :p.

did you export it with a wmv container, or as an avi? There are workarounds either way.
