Does anyone have an IRC proxy I can use to connect to IRC? My school blocks the port (people download lots of junk, etc), but I just like to chat with people like sani, hf, inertia, dys, elwood and my son: discord. I am saddened that I cannot allow my Wang to be seen on IRC anymore. DAMN THEM ALLLL>.....

just go to the gamesurge site and connect to one of the servers on port 8080

search for a trial of HTTP-Tunnel. It's what I used when I lived at school. The free version only allows for 3 kbps, but that's all you need for IRC. Just can't DCC or anything.

no go, all blocked
they shouldnt have 8080 blocked. a lot of programs use that port for internet activity.
