I'm happy to have been a part of it for the last year+, and I guarantee that anyone from this clan deserves a good home elsewhere in the community.

Anyways, for the past 4-5 months, we've been struggling to field consistent teams, enough guys, or get our regulars playing which forced us to get a lot of new people. Then leaders weren't around much and others had to step up and try to keep it going. It wasn't their fault, lots of things were going on for everyone in THOA since April/May, and the interest level just wasn't there compared to real life taking presidence (sp?). Anyways, I'd like to thank THOA for being an incredibly fun clan to be a part of for the past year+. All the guys deserve good homes if they choose to keep playing. GG to all the clans we played, we had our ups and downs but had fun doing it, until recently of course, which was a difficult time. So with all that being said, GG THOA, perhaps FF/TF2 we'll see you again.

Well i was going to make a post today detailing the end, but i guess i missed my shot there. Thats what i get for never being around anymore. We folded just shy of the 200 mark, something i would have loved to attain, but it just wasnt to be. Of the original roster from well over 2 years ago, almost none of us play consistently anymore. THOA was the most fun i ever had in clanning, just a spectacularly laid back set of guys to play with. I thank everyone who came through our door over the years. There is no way i can remember every single one there was, but i know the number was up there. Shout out if you ever had a stint in THOA, im curious as to those i dont remember.

In short, GG guys, thanks for making it so enjoyable for me, and im sorry Bob and I couldnt fulfill that leadership role anymore. Thanks for stepping up, those of you who did. See you all around.

The time has come for me to close down |THOA|.

|THOA| reformed right after what many felt was the ‘end of tfc’, when long-running giants like |{, AGT-, -V-, [s2] and [TCK] began to fold. At the time of our forming, few people in the community thought we would be able to survive past a few months, let alone compete with already established clans. But through some good times, bad times, and great times, we managed to persevere for just over 2 years.

I got a chance to make some great friends and meet some awesome people through this clan. It really saddens me to end it all, but it seems that TIME and REAL LIFE have overtaken almost all of us, including myself. It’s time to move on.

With the end of THOA, I am retiring from TFC. I sorta retired before the end of thoa, real life issues are a pain. However, I hope that some of the guys can all get together with the coming of TF2.

Anyway. After returning to TFC, I was blessed with a great clan in "dead Clans". After Rim-U-Later decided to close shop, many of us went to THOA (I think mainly due to Griffith).

Was a great ride, met lots of new friends. I must admit that it was a very pleasant experience. Things started getting overly-disorganized late spring, but, up to that point, was a blast.

Great people and I can only thank everyone for the experiences I had in THOA.
