this is just a shoutout to drinking water. now, i personally think majority of american's are dehydrated zombies. Here is some of my personal opinion of why i think water is amazing:

first off, it's good for your skin, i think it works more effectively than skin care products if you don't drink acidic stuff/soda/ etc. it also keeps the skin elastic, so the skin doesn't chap/peel; naturally allowing it to keep healthy.

your taste buds don't get eaten away, as a matter of fact i think that drinking water intensifies the taste of the food. (making things taste better.)

i basically stopped drinking soda/beer and I think i just feel 'cleaner' when i am hydrated.

i donno? i don't even know why i posted this, but what are ya'lls thoughts on this. Am i exaggerating things or am i rite.

i'm extremely sorry to hear that you stopped drinking beer. my condolences. but yeah, water's awesome...and i totally agree that if you drink plenty of water every day you 'feel cleaner'.

i would normally agree with repo, but i am forced to agree with napalm

why punish yourself and the beer by neglecting the nectar of the gods?

I only drink like 3 things ever.

Water, because it's free from my sink and tasty when ice cold.

Beer, because it's delicious.

Hard liquor, because it fucks you up. And some of it tastes pretty good too.

I agree, but minus Hard A and add Wine. Because it takes a matured palate.

there was a test done by some dermotologists on the claims that athletes have better complexion, they hypothesized this because the athletes drink lots of water and many people think that water makes your skin clearer, they found out it was actually the athletes sweat not the water that helped keep skin healthy.

and what kind of food eats away tastebuds, those things get replaced very quickly anyway.

if you try ordering water when you out for dinner instead of a soda or a beer, you will find you feel better, and its cheaper!

i used to drink like 4 soda's a day up until about two years ago. i realized that shit probably wouldn't turn out good in the future if i kept doing that, so i completely cold turkeyed soda and i had some bad caffeine headaches for a day or two afterward, but from that day on all i drank was water. i don't drink _anything_ else except for hard alcohol (i hate beer).

it also does wonders for your teeth. or, rather, doesn't harm your teeth as opposed to beer/soda.

I thought that too, lyck. I stopped drinking pop for a while, and started buying carbonated water. It's a good alternative. Now I drink at least one Mountain Dew a day. =) Realized pop isn't all that bad for you, unless you have eating/health problems (trying to lose weight, etc.). The worst effect it has for me making my teeth feel crummy if I don't brush them a little after drinking pop.

when at work ill have about 4 .75L bottles of that in an hour, then some vitamin water, its amazing stuff. sometimes ill take one of the really tall (1L) bottles to school.

why does all purified water taste different?

PS. Auga is probably a typo for Agua which is :
n : largest known toad species; native to Central America; valuable destroyer of insect pests

bottled water is actually not better for your teeth. number of reported cavities rose drastically since the rise in popularity in bottle water. it lacks fluoride, something tap water has, which helps protect your teeth.

I'd rather get my flouride from the toothpaste I use than drink the tap water around here. The city water is absolutely disgusting, half the time it's got a brown tinge to it. Doesn't help that I live less than a mile from this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sydney_Tar_Ponds).

Lymphocyte comes from the Latin word "lympha" meaning "spring water," and the Greek word "kytos" meaning "cell." Put the two words together and you have "spring water cell."

The company's press materials describe the water as having been "pumped from the Water Rejuvenation Zone just off the coast of Kona ... from over 3,000 feet below the ocean's surface, beyond the reach of pollutants."

koyo water is badass.
Its water that is about 2000-5000 years old. It takes it that long to travel the under water current from Finland to Hawaii.

i dont drink water too much but not drinking pop is awesome. When I played TFC I had around 5 cans of coca-cola a day and stopped a little before I finally retired. I will only drink water, beer, milk, and occasionally fruit juices (white grape juice yay).
