Streaming Video...

I haven't needed to do this in a long time so I forget what program(s) to use. I'm looking to rip audio and video (most importantly audio) from a streaming movie file off youtube.

If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be sweet.

There's a Firefox plugin that will download videos from Youtube, myspace, and almost any other video site.
