good screen capture software

Hey ive been looking hard for a good screen capture software for this:

ive tried tons of programs (ok only like 4) but i havent found one that either records a big resolution or records good quality/frame rate.

obviously id like a free ware, but i realize that limits the quality of the program, etc.

I've had brief experience with Captivate (http://www.adobe.com/products/captivate/) but thought that it was pretty good. It's not freeware, but does let you try the software for 30 days with all features intact I believe.
