Your host is trying to (re)connect too fast -- throttled

I've tried both the latest mIRC and tracerscript, but when I try to connect to gamesurge I get the following error:
Your host is trying to (re)connect too fast -- throttled

Anybody know how to fix this?

I know somebody out there has to have gotten this error before!

try connecting later and set your reconnect times to a longer duration.

I think you can get throttled for long times if it keeps trying to connect.

It means you disconnected and reconnected to fast to many times so they basicly temp-ban you for like 1 min. If you keep trying to connect it gets longer and longer.
