Samsung 205BW

I was looking on Newegg and see that they have a weekend sale on the Samsung 205BW widescreen for $289.99, which i remember seeing at an Officemax store and liking the specs on. Anyone have any positive/negative feedback on it? I'm looking to replace my Samsung 955DF 19" CRT, and the 205BW seems to be a really nice widescreen LCD.

Bought it online last night, as I did a little more research on it after i posted and found nothing but good reviews of it. I should be getting it wednesday or thursday :o

you got yourself a great monitor.


i bought on because someone on here had one that told me about it.
it was also a plus that it was on sale at compusa + about 180 in MIR so all in all it cost me about what you paid for it. So far ive had no problems with it what so ever. everything looks great. colors look great. the whole thing is great.

the only complaint i have with it is that i sit too close. my desk is super small so it houses my mouse, monitor + keyboar (with keyboard hanging off the side a bit) so my text and stuff looks kinda distorted. but when you move back about a foot or so it looks AWESOME.
you'll love it.


ps: widescreen movies on it own! recomend: king arthur

Got this today, can't believe I didn't buy one sooner. Widescreen gaming and movies, a larger workspace on screen and crystal clear text are all great. Plus, iI can actually open the drawer beneath my desktop now that I don't have the 50lb beast on it anymore =D
