I've heard rumours that it is, and other saying it won't. Anyone know?

Will there at least be some type of combo pack with games included or something?

At least in Canada

& Yes on the combo pack, at least as far as I know, but its going to suck

they already started including pgr3 with the premium bundle

There's an article on IGN from the TGS of them saying the price won't be lowered.

If you look around, you can find good deals with games. There was a deal that died, but it was $370 for a premium system with 3 games. Then, you always have Ebay. Only shop there if you know what you're doing.

It's all rumor. M$ is so far in the hole with the Xbox that it probably won't be for a few years.

even if ms doesnt make their own bundle, most stores will have one around xmas.

how about this. im planning on playing on a plasma TV, will burn-in be an issue??

a friend of mine played madden on a plasma and had the EA logo get burned in.....

Most plasma tvs (even high end brands) will probably get burn-ins. You can try to prevent it though during a game by going to menu or whatever that changes the picture, if the picture has something that stays there for a long time. Example: scoreboard of a sports game.
