With Oden on Our Side

I had never listened to Amon Amarth before I got their newest album, but I am really enjoying it. I also took the liberty of checking out all of their older stuff, and right now I am saying Once Sent From the Golden Hall ftw. Anyone else given this a listen?

With Oden on Our Side was decent, but you'd love their older stuff so much more. Personally, I thought A Matter of Life and Death and With Oden on Our side were two of the bigger letdowns this year.

I haven't heard Oden on Our Side yet, but I think A Matter of Life and Death is a damn good album.

I enjoy most of the album, but I agree with you that those tracks are better. God of War Arise might be my favorite off the album. And yar, I've listened to The Avenger once through and liked it a lot.
