I remember a month or two back there were some rumors floating around the internet and television about Microsoft currently trying to develope a portable game system (PSP, DS, etc.). Has there been any other developments to those rumors or are they still just that, rumors?

they are making a portable mp3 player named the Zune, its supposed to rival the ipod since it does some cool shit the ipod doesnt have
