I recently got WoW (delayed?) and I don't know which server I should play on PvE or PvP? I'm going to play casually but eventually I may want a little bit more depth. Since I'll only create one character should I just work my way through a PvP server and that should be more than enough? If so, which server do most of you guys play on?

go with a pvp or a rppvp if you're into that.

pve is for the suck. and its also retarded, cause you can get ganked before you would even have a chance to respond, i.e., a mage rolls up to you, you see him, he starts a pyro blast and there's nothing you could do until he hits you.

on a pvp server if you see that mage, burn him down at first sight.

pvp > pve

The mage would only be able to do that if you were PvP Flagged..and it only takes 5 minutes to unflag if you did it on accident. If you're worried about being ganked PvE is definetly better.

if you are going to play seriously and get the expansion when it comes out, i would go with pvp. i heard there are going to be a shitload of world pvp quests

pvp servers also help with the grind.. especially if you get bored with just running around questing. It's nice to run around stv when you are in the high 40s and pvp when you are questing.. just another aspect of the game. I started on a pvp server and have always played on them.
