look closer at the line vertex (it is a little hard to see) in between the '1' and the 'minute' in the prematch setting that goes all the way up the screen, its a corner, and his camera can see around it. im not entirely sure but a wallhack would only see a nail grenade in the Y/Button and would also contain a demo and soldier being as well and his computer wouldve draw these much lower... at least it looks like a nail grenade to me.
