I'm sure some of you have already seen this, but I just discovered it tonight, and it's amazing. The only thing you need installed is Java.

Virtual NES (http://www.thatsanderskid.com/virtualnes/)

I burned about 3 hours tonight trying to complete an undefeated season of Tecmo Super Bowl. I was stopped by Tampa in week 9. =/

How the hell do you manage to lose in Tecmo Super Bowl?

If you play the Raiders on the last week of the season on 15-0, Bo Jackson becomes god.

Every team has a powerhouse on the defensive line that can usually rip through everyone in his path to give the other team a loss. The key is just finding that guy and exploiting the fuck out of him.

My 11 year old self would probably cry if he saw how badly i just got owned by castlevania. I blame it entirely on the reversal in the controls.

Great site.

You should see the thread at SA. Somebody updated the rosters to reflect current NFL rosters and they had a season. I think they're almost done w/ the regular season

Guerilla War was awesome...infinite lives without using a cheat

you practically HAD to beat the game

Actually you could lose! There was a limit to lives, but it was insanely high, like 100 or something.

But yeah, nothing like a game that consist of shooting thousands of enemies, not worrying about dying and big explosions.

the reversed controls is REALLY lame, i would play it for hours, but i'd much rather just go downstairs and play my real NES on a real nes controller.

I think it was posted in the very first thread... which is probably buried by this point. But in the first thread it was posted.

Play with the new rosters and use Ladanian Tomlinson and then let me know how you still feel about Bo Jackson ;)

I give this site a few more months before it gets shutdown by nintendo. Especially now that they are re-selling some of the games on the Wii. Also, can anyone PM or link me to the thread with the game in it? I do not have an SA account so i cannot search and i checked like 10 pages and didn't see it.

Nevermind, found it on a diff site. If anyone wants it, PM me

you're a lifesaver, sparkz. 7 hours working night access tonight. all finals were done by about noon today, there's almost nobody left on campus. no homework to do, no studying, etc.
