does anyone know where i can download some good adobe after effects 7 pro plugins and/or tutorials?

All the good tutorials I've found you can find with google. One of the best sites is: http://www.creativecow.net/articles/aftereffects.html. You should be able to find more tutorials on this site besides what's on this page. If you want "good" plugins, you'll have to buy or download them (you know what I mean). They aren't easy to find though. You should have no problem finding the trapcode shine plugin though.
