i was thinking Dali, but I went to his museum in spain this summer and I dont recall seeing those. However there was a section of the museum that features works of art from other surrealist artists, and I think its one of them. Its someone famous

got to see a large collection of dali's at the Met a week or so ago. Very impressive in person.

I do not think either of those are a dali though.
