my high score for the 64 was 1804. I still remember because i tried for like a month and then submitted to nintendo power for their monthly challenge.

Anyone who has it: On the 2nd last level on easy (with the forcefield) where pigma says "Your dad screamed etc.." where he usually says "DIED" it cuts to the next dialogue.. I can't see them taking anything out but has anyone else had this happen?

Yes, I do believe this has been removed from my game as well.

Best level is the first one with Bill, because he's such a douche, but I remember having the biggest fucking boner when that alien ship straight out of Independence Day came down.

I have also been experiencing some control problems.. the buttons not skipping cutscenes.. earlier I couldn't change the letters in my high score name and I'm not sure why but suddenly it worked.

Anyway I think the best level is Area 6.

Do you guys enjoy Starfox DS?

I played it a for a few hours at mlg last year.

I didnt care for the controls too much.

I still say StarFox 64 is the best StarFox, period.

Assault had potential, but the controls were too jacked up. If it wasnt for that, it probably coulda crushed 64, easy.

Assault bit in many ways. Hell, the SNES version can't hold a candle to 64. It truly is the only solid title in the series.

I've had some problems with some other VC games, but I found just unplugging then reconnecting the classic controller fixed the problems. Same with the nunchuck when playing Wario Ware.
