Looking to play a new one, I don't enjoy RTS very much at all and my preference would obviously be FPS.

The ones I've already played (so nobody wastes time suggesting them):
Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy
Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast
Knights of the Old Republic
Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords
Lego Star Wars I
Lego Star Wars II
Star Wars Battlefront
Star Wars Battlefront II

I think thats it
I prefer PC games, but also have an XBOX 360 if there is anything I don't know of (even for XBOX if its good) that I could pick up.

ps: I think its Star Wars Galaxies that is the pay-to-play game? If I'm right dont suggest it, I refuse to make payments on a video game.

yes, Star Wars Galaxy is the pay to play.

I say, not worth it. I beta'd it, and played at release, it was decent, then it went to hell.

republic commando was great but it was short and leaves you with a giant cliffhanger

I don't suppose Republic Commando involves any Jedi action does it?

I'll probably try it either way, but I especially love jedi-based games

I wish they'd make a new flight game, be it Tie fighter or X wing, etc. I can't seem to find any good space games lately (read: past couple of years).

I agree with you wholeheartedly Nemesis

As far as other games. Find yourself a copy of X-wing vs. Tie Fighter or X-Wing Alliance.

Is there any way one could somehow still get Tie fighter or X wing, etc?

They sell these games at Target in the 5 dollar section of electronics. The ones that just have the CD in the jewel case.

Actually, the level you are describing is the first level of the original Dark Forces, which was an amazing game at the time. Still is, somewhat.
