alright, well i downloaded the movie and here's the gist of the opening sequence:

a new city has been built, which is powered by human excrement. the government installed probes in everyone's anus to measure how much excrement people produced. additionally, the government started handing out highly addictive 'juicy bars' to make people...erm...shit more. the side effects from the juicy bars led to dumb, pint-sized mutants who started the 'diaper gang' to plunder juicybars.

while the animation is sick...i can't help but wonder...what the fuck is up with the story?
