Music tracking List?

Is there a program or whatever to keep track of my music. Like everytime i add a new file to my music folder, it saves it somewhere. I would prefer on a website so everytime i reformat, i can check what songs i had. Also, I would like it to do it on its own if thats possible. Like it adds the names on the website automatically.

uhh you could add all your songs to a playlist and then check out the song titles in the list later. or you could backup your shit on some dvd's or cd's or an external hard drive
