After several listens, i'm just well....very happy.
I think its better than Juturna and thats truely saying something.
Doesn't seem as much of a concept album and doesn't seem as dark...but still o so very very good.
Get it :D

tbh im glad they didn't change a whole lot. They've just really improved on their sound and i love it.

it's pretty good so far, but i haven't found a song that I can introduce to new people to get them excited like a "Act Appalled" or a "In Fear or Faith". But it took me quite a few listens to actually appreciate Juturna so it will probably be the same for this one.

i definitely agree. Anthony really purified his voice significantly over juturna, the band plays together better - helping their ambient sound that they go for, and the recordings in general are significantly better than juturna. I felt juturna had horrible recordings, vocal's not loud enough, guitars too loud, etc, etc. Great job guys!

Wow, I've never heard of these guys before, but I checked out the album (the whole thing is up streaming on their myspace) and it's amazing. I will definitely be listening to this album more.

My only problem with the album is that it all sortve blends together too well. There isn't any seperation between the songs. While every song it seems is very good, they all essentially sound the same and its hard to recognize where a song starts and ends sort've. I will say though, The Difference Between Medicine and Poison is in the Dose is definitely one of their best songs, and the best on this album. Finchie, if theres one song on this album you'd like to use to introduce people - its that.

i kind of thought the same way first listen through but the songs will def start to distinguish themselves with time. i also agree on that song as being the best to have people listen to. this cd is gonna be getting alot of play this summer

I think I like kicking your crosses down as well as In the Morning and Amazing. The difference is really good too but I think I listened to it too much when they released it as a single on their myspace.
