WTF is maimi doing? have fun with has been trent green. i know culpepper is still on the mend, but they dont have the talent to win now anyways....so why not just stick w/ daunte and develop ur other qb's? sometimes the best move is not making one and realizing that ur not gonna win now...start to build slowly. glad cpep is sticking up for himself tho. refuses to be traded.
wtf miami? ricki....saban...now this.
have fun with your 4-12 season.

I personally think Trent is a better Mentor than Culpepper, seeing how Culpepper got awfully shitty awful fast after Moss left, and you can have Green for 1/3 the price.
Plus with Green, you know you won't have a QB controversy a few years down the road when you want to insert Beck because he'll be too old to do anything but walk away gracefully.

Trent Green was a better decision then sticking with Culpepper. Last season in the 4 games that Culpepper actually played, he was far from impressive. Green's got plenty of talent left and time to work with the new QB's and get them in shape to take over. I do however think that Miami should release Culpepper so he can find a team of his own choice. The biggest problem with Culpepper is the knee that was "healed" last season. Maybe he rushed things, maybe not, but I do know that he needs to get that completely healed before trying to start again. Just my opinion of course and I am a Miami fan.

Green is definately a better choice to have around than C-Pep. For one he can play right away and teach instead of teach from the sidelines.

It's no surprise that Miami has been shit the last while when you consider how stupid they are with draft picks. They traded a very high 2nd rounder for AJ Feeley and a mid-2nd rounder for Culpepper.
They went a combined 4-8 in games they started.
They finished with a combined 272-490 (55.5%), 2822 yards, 13 TD and 18 INTs for a whopping 65.88 QB rating.
Apparently a second rounder buys you 2 wins, 1411 yards, 6.5 TDs and 9 INTs before you move onto another QB.
