That's awesome- it looks like she's screaming at the reflection of the camera as it bears down on her like the interrogation droid in SWE4:ANH.

just look on google, or search deviantArt for "HDR tutorial" (there are many).

id suggest investing in (or acquiring) Photomatix, it does a better/easier job of creating HDR images than PS 9/10.
