Right out of my convertible, when I was driving around in a tizzy looking for my lost cell phone (I'd dropped it under my car in the driveway, rolled past it twice and then found it on returning from BB to get another phone).

It was a decent, nearly 'pro-sumer' Sony, DSC-H1, and I was looking at getting one of the more recent Sony's (they're up to DSC-H9 now). However I decided to bite the bullet and go for the "Father's Day Sale" at Wolf Camera, the Canon EOS D400 (the new 10mp Rebel XTi) kit for 779.00. (I deserve it... no for reals I do!!!)

Been noodling with it all morning, and just "WOW" is all I can say...

I can sympathize. My Canon EOS 3 and the attached 28-105 f/3.5-4.5 USM lens were stolen from my camera bag in the photo lab a month back. I wanted to murder someone.

i left a banana in the side pocket of my backpack in which my sony pos sits as well.


i forgot about the banana, for a long time.

Originally these words were pretty much interchangeable, but “hanged” eventually came to be used pretty exclusively to mean “executed by hanging.” Does nervousness about the existence of an indelicate adjectival form of the word prompt people to avoid the correct word in such sentences as “Lady Wrothley saw to it that her ancestors’ portraits were properly hung”? Nevertheless, “hung” is correct except when capital punishment is being imposed or someone commits suicide.
