Is fucking amazing. Grab this. This is one of the most soothing and relaxing albums I have listened to. Nothing bm about this release or even metal for that fact.

dling now. i've been getting into french style bm lately. very doom inspired shit with a great atmosphere. high hopes for this album.

Nah, I haven't. I had no hopes for this album as I never heard Le Secret so I came out pretty satisfied.

So from what you said about this release, does it sound like Agalloch? You know, BM that isn't really BM but very atmospheric.

no. agalloch is kinda folky. think doomy black metal with a good atmosphere. shit influenced by old katatonia and burzum and shit

while alcest has made some BM albums, this isn't one of them. it's more like shoe-gaze and post-rock had a baby. one of my favorite albums of 07 for sure.
