yup i met a bunch of my friend's new roomates last night and the orange box came up in convo and everyone of them had heard of TF2 and were excited for it, only one of them had ever tried tfc before too

Last night on G4TV they were running some Physics Friday thing on Attack of the Show (Friday Rerun) but they showed the "meet the engineer" video and plugged TF2 for about 5-6 minutes. It's getting alot of publicity.

ya ive noticed that too. it seems a lot of people who are waiting on TF2 dont know anything about TFC.. its funny how even though the game is TF2, people dont know much and dont care about its predecessors.

haha we were discussing this again today, i think a bunch of us are forming a TF2/CS:S clan consisting of a bunch of roomates/former roomates
it really will be weird to be playing an HL mod with a bunch of friends considering most of them shun Half Life and all its mods entirely leaving me to play TFC with strangers (granted ive met 3 or 4 of you guys before)
